1. Who We Are

HomeRenoClub.com ("we," "us," "our") operates this website to help homeowners connect with independent, third-party contractors and service providers in categories such as roofing, gutters, bathroom remodeling, and kitchen cabinetry. We are an advertising and lead-generation platform. We are not licensed contractors, and nothing on this site should be interpreted as an offer to perform construction, remodeling, or repair work.

2. Affiliate & Advertising Relationship

We participate in affiliate and lead-generation arrangements with third-party companies. When you submit information through our forms, we may share it with one or more Service Providers who pay us a referral fee, commission, or other compensation.
We do not control, employ, endorse, or guarantee the work, pricing, licensing, insurance, or conduct of any Service Provider.

Response times (including any stated timeframe such as "within 48 business hours") are estimates only and are provided by, or coordinated with, third-party Service Providers — not guaranteed by us.

You confirm that the information you submit (name, ZIP code, email, project type, etc.) is accurate and that you are the person or an authorized representative of the property for which service is requested.
You are responsible for independently vetting any Service Provider, including verifying licensing, insurance, bonding, references, and reviews before entering into any agreement or making any payment.
You should obtain a written contract directly from any Service Provider before work begins.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

This site and all referral services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that Service Providers are licensed, insured, bonded, or qualified in your jurisdiction.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HomeRenoClub.com and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from: (a) your use of this site, (b) any interaction, contract, or work performed by a Service Provider, or (c) any communication (calls, texts, emails) you receive as a result of submitting a form.
